DescriptionThe 1GC1-8118 (TC223B) is a double balanced diode mixer. It can be used as either an up or down convertor. Conversion efficiency is usually around &minus,9 dB. The device is capable of TOI greater than 25 dBm and SHI greater than 50 dBm. The LO is supplied to the device in a balanced fashion with L+ and L&minus, ports. For best distortion performance, the total LO drive power should be 24 to 27 dBm.
