DescriptionThe 1GC1-8063 (TC235 )is a harmonic mixer capable of even and odd harmonic mixing. Conversion efficiency is usually around –13 dB in the X1 LO mode and increases to –33 dB in the X6 LO mode. The LO operating frequency range in 3.5 to 14 GHz and the IF bandwidth is 1 GHz. The TC235 mixer is fabricated in the HB2A HBT process.
